Executive Director

Janis brings 30+ years of education experience to the leadership role at Real Estate Closing Path. She has facilitated the growth of RECP, which now includes both on demand videos and live training workshops, monthly round table events, and course accreditations in both Georgia and Florida. She enjoys networking with students, guest speakers, and leaders in the industry.

Sandi Donaldson

Lead Trainer

Sandi has over 40 years' experience in mortgage and real estate settlement. She has worked with large and small firms and has engaged in all aspects of the closing process. ​​Since 2021, she has collaborated on curriculum and led instruction for Real Estate Closing Path. It is her firm belief that the only constant in this industry is change.

What is your refund policy?

All registrations are non-refundable. In lieu of a refund, you will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, valid for twelve (12) months.

Do you train in multiple states? 

Yes. We address closing protocols in both attorney and title states. Most of our courses are CE & CLE approved in Georgia and Florida. We are frequent conference speakers with presentations that are accredited in additional states. 

Will this training help me become a licensed Realtor?

No, we do not provide training for a Realtor license. Our courses are for those who are seeking to advance their skills or pursuing a career in the title industry. Please refer to the rules and guidelines set by the real estate commission for your state.

Will this career path enable me to work remote?

Most closings and job positions within real estate law firms and title agencies occur in person. Various companies may offer remote or hybrid positions after training and experience.
