Participant: Any individual or entity registering for or attending the webinar (“Participant,” “you,” “your”)
These Terms & Conditions govern your registration and participation in our live webinar training offerings for the title insurance, escrow, and settlement services community (each a “Webinar”). By registering for, accessing, or attending any Webinar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Notice, and Cookie Policy.
1.1 Scope. These Terms apply to all Webinars offered by Provider, including training related to title insurance underwriting, escrow/settlement practices, curative work, recording, compliance, cybersecurity, wire fraud prevention, and operational best practices.
1.2 Professional Audience. Webinars are intended for industry professionals and those entering the field. You are responsible for determining whether the content is appropriate for your role and jurisdiction.
1.3 Age Requirement. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2.1 Registration Data. You agree that all registration information is accurate and complete. Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration.
2.2 Access Credentials. Access links and credentials are personal and may not be shared.
2.3 Third-Party Platforms. Webinars may be hosted via third-party platforms. Provider is not responsible for outages or service disruptions.
3.1 Fees. Pricing is disclosed at registration and may change prior to purchase.
3.2 Payment. Payment is due in full at registration. You authorize charges to your payment method.
3.3 Taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
4.1 Participant Cancellation. All registrations are non-refundable. In lieu of a refund, Participant will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, valid for twelve (12) months.
4.2 Transfers. Registrations may be transferred within the same organization up to 3 business days prior to the Webinar, subject to approval.
4.3 No-Shows. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Recordings may be provided where available.
4.4 Provider Changes. Provider may reschedule, modify, or cancel. If canceled without rescheduling within 90 days, a full refund will be issued.
Participation may qualify for CE/CLE credits where specified. Approval is jurisdiction-dependent and not guaranteed. Attendance verification and engagement requirements apply.
Participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate technology and internet access. Provider is not responsible for participant-side technical issues.
7.1 Participants must maintain professional behavior at all times.
7.2 Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7.3 Do not share confidential or sensitive information.
7.4 Provider reserves the right to remove any Participant, without refund, for violations or disruptive conduct.
Participants agree to comply with ALTA Best Practices and applicable privacy laws, including GLBA. Webinar content is educational and not legal or underwriting advice.
9.1 Ownership. All Webinar content is owned by Provider.
9.2 License. Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal professional use.
9.3 Restrictions. Content may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially.
9.4 Non-Use and Competitive Restriction
Participant agrees that for a period of one (1) year following participation, they will not use the Webinar content, materials, or methodologies to create or deliver competing training or consulting services.
This does not restrict general knowledge use, only proprietary content and structure.
Provider may record all Webinars. By participating, you provide consent to recording and use of your name, voice, and participation.Participants are prohibited from recording or reproducing the Webinar.
Personal data is handled in accordance with Provider’s Privacy Notice. Data may be processed by third-party platforms. Participants may receive marketing communications and may opt out at any time.
12.1 Educational Purpose Only. Content is for informational purposes only. 12.2 No Warranty. Content is provided “as is.”
12.3 Regulatory Variability. Laws vary by jurisdiction.
12.4 No Reliance. Participant assumes all risk for decisions based on Webinar content.
Provider’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Webinar. Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.
Provider is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control.
Provider may reschedule. On-demand access may be provided at Provider’s discretion.
Participant grants Provider the right to use feedback without restriction.
Provider maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination.
Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export and sanctions laws.
These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Venue is exclusively in Cobb County, Georgia.
Provider may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
